Every camera and phone screen lives in RGB, but almost every press converts that world down into the smaller CMYK gamut — and saturated colors die in the conversion. The C84hc attacks the problem at the toner level: its CMYK High Chroma toner set stretches the printable gamut toward sRGB, so electric blues, vivid greens and hot pinks print the way they look on screen. A switchable Saturation Mode uses the full vivid gamut, while Standard Mode emulates conventional CMYK when jobs must match proofs.

Mechanically it is a familiar mid-production AccurioPress: 81 A4 pages per minute and 45 ppm at A3, full speed maintained up to 216 gsm, resolution of 2400 dpi equivalent x 3600 dpi in 8-bit, sheets to 330 x 487 mm SRA3+ with long-sheet banner support to 1,300 mm, and media from 52 to 400 gsm. It plugs into the same IQ-501 automation ecosystem as the mainstream AccurioPress line, so color stability and registration are handled in a closed loop.

Recommended volume is around 100,000-250,000 A4 pages per month — mid-production class — and new systems are quoted per configuration at roughly USD 85,000-150,000. The pitch is not speed or price; it is output no competitor can produce. Skin tones, saturated landscapes and product shots come off the press with a punch that standard-toner machines cannot match at any settings.

That maps directly onto one of Vietnam's most distinctive print niches: photobooks and wedding albums. Photo labs that cannot justify an Indigo, design agencies, and brands that need sRGB-faithful product output are the natural buyers — and in a market where dozens of labs compete on visible quality, a gamut nobody else can print is a marketing weapon as much as a spec.
