Print Tech & Signage Expo 2027 (24–27 March, IMPACT Bangkok): a visitor guide for print shops, sign makers and packaging printers
Dates, halls, opening hours, who should go and how to plan a trip to Thailand’s printing and signage show at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, plus how we help Vietnamese visitors compare what they see and get a landed-cost quote.

Print Tech & Signage Expo 2027 is the 14th edition of Thailand’s trade show for printing technology, printing equipment and signage. It runs from Wednesday 24 March to Saturday 27 March 2027, 10:00–20:00 every day, in Halls 9–10 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, just north of Bangkok. The organiser is 121 Creation Co., Ltd. The official site gives the dates in the Thai calendar (24–27 มีนาคม 2570; the Buddhist Era year 2570 is 2027). Dates, halls, hours and organiser are taken from the official site, printtechexpo.com, checked on 29 October 2026.
What you will see. The organiser lists eight exhibitor groups: digital, offset and multifunction printing; wide-format inkjet and UV printers; advertising signs and graphics; LED signs, LED screens and digital displays; packaging printing and packaging production; printing machinery and consumables; document management and photo books; and screen, textile and specialty printing. The organiser offers about 10,000 m² of stand space. It is a print-first show: expect presses, printers, finishing equipment and consumables rather than complete filling and packing lines.
Who should go: digital and offset print shops in Vietnam that plan a new press, a production printer or finishing equipment; sign and advertising shops that look at UV flatbed, roll-to-roll, cutting or LED display equipment; photobook and photo printing businesses; label and packaging printers that want to see short-run packaging print; and copy and print centres. The organiser’s visitor page names business owners, printing houses, copy centres and sign shops, and it also welcomes the general public. If your main interest is packaging machinery and lines, ProPak Vietnam (10–12 March 2027, SECC, Ho Chi Minh City) is two weeks earlier and closer to home, so you can plan both visits together.
Before you go. Register as a visitor with the registration button on printtechexpo.com. The site does not state an entry fee, so check this when you register. Bring business cards and a few sample jobs. Bangkok is in the same time zone as Vietnam, and there are many direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi; check the current entry rules for your passport before you book. IMPACT is in Nonthaburi, north of the city centre and closer to Don Mueang airport than to Suvarnabhumi, so a hotel near Muang Thong Thani saves a lot of time in traffic. By public transport, take the MRT Pink Line and change at Muang Thong Thani station for the short branch to Impact Muang Thong Thani station; check the operator’s current timetable. Late March is the hot season in Bangkok, so plan for heat outside the halls. The halls stay open until 20:00, which leaves time for a second visit in the evening after your meetings.
Tips for a productive visit. Write down your target jobs before you go: sizes, materials, run lengths and what each job costs you today. Walk both halls once, then return to the five or six stands that matter. Ask every supplier the same questions so the answers compare: real output on your job (not the brochure maximum), ink, toner or click cost per print or per square metre, power and air supply, who installs and services the machine in Vietnam and how fast, spare parts stock, warranty terms and lead time to Cát Lái or Hải Phòng. Many stands are Thai distributors, so ask whether they can deliver and support a machine in Vietnam, or who supplies Vietnam. Ask where the machine is made, because import duty into Vietnam depends on the origin of the goods, not on where you saw them. If a stand runs a demo, bring your own file and stock.
How PrinterLady helps. We are a printing and packaging consultancy that works with print shops, sign makers, converters and packaging producers across Vietnam. Before the show, we can help you shortlist machines and prepare the questions to ask. After it, send us the brochures and quotes you collected: we compare specifications like for like, check prices directly with the manufacturers, and build a landed-cost estimate in VND with import duty, VAT, freight, installation and local service. If you saw printed packaging or labels you want to buy rather than make, we can turn them into a printed sample and production quote through the printers we work with.
Going to Bangkok in March, or want us to look at a machine or material for you? Send your list through our quote form or email info@printerlady.com and we will reply with a sourcing plan. Our trade show calendar lists the other printing, packaging, label and signage shows in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
