Automatic saddle-stitch booklet maker with front-edge trimmer, up to 460 × 330 mm sheets (stitch, fold, flatten, trim)
Turns collated digital-press sets into finished saddle-stitched booklets in one pass: the booklet maker wire-stitches on the centre line, knife-folds with double rollers and flattens the spine, then the inline trimmer cuts the front edge clean. Takes sheets from 210 × 148 mm up to 460 × 330 mm (A4/A3 and SRA3-class), 50–250 gsm, about 2–20 sheets per booklet. Also does A4 corner/flat stitching, stitch-only and fold-only. Stitches are formed from a wire spool (about 4,000 sheets per roll), so there are no costly staple cartridges. Rated around 2,000 booklets per hour for the line. 220–240 V. For catalogues, menus, brochures, programmes and photo books from HP Indigo and toner presses. Price on request.
