PUR hot-melt adhesive for perfect binding and lay-flat photobooks (2 kg can / 20 kg pail)

Polyurethane reactive (PUR) hot-melt glue for PUR perfect binders and lay-flat photobook lines. It bonds coated and uncoated paper, art paper and cardstock, so it suits books, catalogues and photobooks printed on HP Indigo and other digital presses. The glue sets on cooling, then cures with air moisture into a thin, flexible spine that does not melt again. Books open flatter and pages stay in. Viscosity 4,500–5,500 mPa·s at 110 °C, application temperature 100–130 °C, open time about 5 minutes. Use it in a closed PUR tank or PUR melter. Packed in 2 kg cans for small binders and 20 kg pails for larger lines; 12-month shelf life in the sealed pack. Test on your own paper and binder first. Made in Jiangmen, China. Price on request.
