UV coating machine 480 mm (18 in) for digital prints: full-sheet gloss or matt UV varnish, roller coater with UV curing

Compact sheet-fed roller coater that applies a full-surface UV varnish (gloss or matt) to digital and offset prints up to 480 mm wide and cures it instantly under a UV lamp. Covers SRA3 and 33 × 48 cm digital sheets: business cards, postcards, book and brochure covers, photo prints, menus and packaging sleeves. Three hand wheels set material thickness, coating thickness and doctor blade; UV liquid is pumped and circulated automatically, with a nylon delivery belt, light shield and over-temperature cut-off. Can also run aqueous coating or primer; an optional IR pre-heat unit is offered for toner prints. Single-phase, about 2.5 kW. For HP Indigo prints use an Indigo-compatible UV varnish and, ideally, corona treatment; test first. Price on request.
