Packaging FAQ

Minimum orders, prices, samples, artwork, lead times and delivery.

Why is there no price on the website?

Packaging is made to order. Price depends on size, material, print method, finishes and above all quantity, so a fixed list price would be wrong for most buyers. Send your brief and we quote the exact job.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the process. Digital printing allows short runs (labels and cards from about 100 pieces, pouches from about 1,000). Offset, flexo and gravure have higher minimums but a much lower unit price. Each product page lists a typical minimum.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. We can send plain stock samples to check size and feel, and for most items arrange a printed sample or pre-production sample. Any cost is confirmed before we start.

Do you design the packaging?

We provide dielines and check your artwork for print. If you need design work, we can introduce a packaging designer or quote simple layout adjustments.

Which file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDF or AI is best, with fonts outlined, 3 mm bleed and images at 300 dpi. You can upload PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, TIFF or ZIP up to 20 MB in the quote form.

How long does production take?

From a few working days for labels and cards to about three to five weeks for printed pouches, rigid boxes and cups, counted from proof approval and deposit. Book early before Tết and mid-autumn, when factories are busiest.

Do you deliver outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Vietnam. Delivery cost is shown on the quote.

Is the packaging safe for food?

For food and drink we specify food-contact grade materials and inks and request the producing factory’s test documents for your product category. Tell us what will be packed, including oil, alcohol, acidity or heat treatment.

Can I order several packaging types together?

Yes. Add each item to your quote list, or describe everything in one request: for example pouches, labels, mailer boxes and tape for a product launch. We coordinate the production so the parts arrive together.

We reply by email or phone, usually within one business day.
