How to order custom packaging
From first enquiry to delivery: what we need from you, proofs and samples, deposits and timelines.
1. Send your brief
Use the quote form or add items to your quote list. The more of these you include, the faster and more accurate the quote: packaging type, size, quantity per design, number of designs, material if known, finishes, deadline and delivery city. Artwork is optional at this stage.
2. Recommendation & quote
We match the job to the right production method (digital, offset, flexo, gravure or a specialist converter) and reply with options, usually within one business day: unit price at two or three quantities, one-off costs such as plates, cylinders or dies, lead time and delivery.
3. Dieline, artwork & proof
After you accept the quote we send a dieline to design on. We check your file (bleed, CMYK or Pantone, resolution, fonts, barcode and legal text placement) and return a digital proof. Physical samples or a pre-production sample can be arranged for most items, at a cost confirmed in advance.
4. Deposit & production
Production starts after written proof approval and the agreed deposit (typically 50%). Lead time is counted from that point and confirmed in writing for each order.
5. Quality check & delivery
We send photos of finished goods before dispatch. The balance is paid before delivery, then goods are shipped to your door anywhere in Vietnam. Quantities in printing can vary slightly from the order; any tolerance is stated on the quote.
