Coffee & tea

Fresh roasted coffee releases carbon dioxide for days, and oxygen, light and moisture take its aroma away within weeks. That is why roasters use a high-barrier laminate (foil or metallised film inside) with a one-way degassing valve and a zip or tin-tie to reclose. Tea is less sensitive to gas but just as sensitive to moisture and smell, so the same barrier logic applies.
Most coffee and tea brands run many origins, roasts and blends, each with small volumes. Digital printing lets you print each design in short runs without plate costs, or you can use one printed base bag with a different label per blend. Gift boxes and paper tubes then lift the same product for Tết and corporate orders.

Stand-up pouches with bottom gusset and resealable zipper, printed full colour with your design on a digital press, so there are no cylinder or plate costs and each design can be ordered from about 500 pieces. Choose the film: PET/PE (standard), OPP/PE (economical), PET/AL/PE foil (high barrier), kraft paper/PE or recyclable and compostable structures; matt, gloss or soft-touch finish, spot UV. Options: one-way degassing valve for coffee, clear window, tear notch, hang hole, round corners. Sizes for about 10 g up to 2 kg of product. Self-adhesive product labels printed with your brand and wound on rolls, die-cut to any shape: coated paper, white or clear BOPP, synthetic PP or silver/clear PET, with permanent, removable or freezer adhesive. Digital printing for short runs and many versions, flexo or offset for volume; matt or gloss varnish or lamination, hot foil, spot UV, embossing, multi-layer peel-back labels. Timing
Stock valve bags with a label can ship within days. Digitally printed pouches typically take about two to three weeks; gravure-printed bags take longer and need higher minimums. Gift tubes and rigid boxes for Tết should be ordered well before the December rush.
