Box style library
Box styles we produce
Standard corrugated (FEFCO), folding-carton and rigid styles, each adaptable to your size, board and print. Pick a starting point, or send us your product and we will recommend one.
Corrugated boxes
Fluted board for shipping, e-commerce and retail display. Most styles follow the international FEFCO code system, so a four-digit code is enough to describe the construction.
Regular slotted carton (RSC)
The everyday shipping carton: four flaps top and bottom that meet in the middle and are taped shut.
Full overlap slotted carton (FOL)
Like the RSC, but the outer flaps run the full width of the box and overlap, giving a double layer of board on top and bottom.
Telescope box (separate lid & base)
Two pieces: a base and a lid that slides down over it, either partly or all the way.
Five-panel folder (wrap)
A flat-packed wrap that folds around long, narrow products such as rods, frames, posters or lights.
E-commerce mailer box (roll-end tuck front)
The die-cut mailer used by online brands: self-locking, no tape needed, with a hinged lid that tucks in at the front.
Crash-lock bottom carton (ready-glued)
Pre-glued at the factory so the base locks itself the moment the box is opened up. Fast to pack, strong at the bottom.
Die-cut tray (open top)
Open-top trays folded and locked from one blank, for storage, transport of produce or as the base of a display.
Shelf-ready & counter display packaging
Shipping cases that tear open into a ready-made shelf or counter display, so staff can put the whole unit out in one move.
Inserts, dividers & fittings
Paper-based fittings that hold products in place inside a box: slotted dividers, pads, die-cut cradles and folded inserts.
Folding cartons
Single-layer paperboard (Ivory, Duplex, kraft) for retail products: cosmetics, supplements, food, electronics accessories. Printed offset or digitally, delivered flat.
Reverse tuck end carton
The standard retail carton: tuck flaps at top and bottom close from opposite sides.
Straight tuck end carton
Both tuck flaps close from the same side, so the front panel shows a clean, unbroken face.
Auto-lock (crash-lock) bottom carton
A folding carton with a pre-glued base that locks as it opens, for heavier products and faster packing.
Sleeve & tray box
A printed outer sleeve slides over an inner tray. Simple, premium-feeling and easy to open.
Pillow box
A curved carton formed from one blank, closing with two curved end flaps. Light, decorative, ships flat.
Gable box with handle
A carry-out carton with a built-in handle at the top, popular for bakery, takeaway and gift packs.
Rigid boxes
Thick greyboard wrapped in printed or specialty paper. Built by hand or semi-automatically for gifts, premium cosmetics, Tết hampers and presentation sets.
Rigid lid & base box
The classic premium gift box: a wrapped greyboard base with a separate lid, full or shoulder depth.
Magnetic closure rigid box (book style)
A hinged lid that wraps over the front and closes with hidden magnets. Collapsible versions ship flat to save freight.
Rigid drawer (slide) box
A rigid tray that slides out of a wrapped outer sleeve, often with a ribbon or thumb notch pull.
How to state a box size
Inside dimensions in mm: length × width × height. Length and width are the opening (length is the longer side); height is the depth. Example: 300 × 200 × 150 mm.
