E-commerce mailer box (roll-end tuck front)

The die-cut mailer used by online brands: self-locking, no tape needed, with a hinged lid that tucks in at the front.

  • Self-locking, no tape
  • Print inside & out
  • Inserts available
  • Short runs digital

Double side walls give the 0427 a clean, sturdy edge and a satisfying unboxing. Usually made in E or B flute with white or kraft liner, it can be printed outside and inside, and fitted with a tear strip, dust flaps or a custom insert.

For short runs (from about 100 boxes) we route jobs to digital inkjet lines that print full colour without plates; larger runs move to flexo or litho-laminated board for the best unit cost.
