Supplements & pharma
Folding cartons with leaflets, bottle labels, blister packs, sachets and stick packs, with batch and expiry printing and tamper-evident options.
Supplements, vitamins, herbal products and medicines share one packaging rule: the pack must protect the product until the last dose, and it must tell the buyer exactly what is inside. Many tablets, capsules and powders absorb moisture. The choice between a blister, a bottle with a desiccant and an induction seal, or a foil-laminate sachet or stick pack depends on the product and the shelf life you need. The carton, the label and the leaflet then carry the usage text, the warnings, and the batch and expiry data that each pack must show.
For goods sold in Vietnam, the mandatory label content must be in Vietnamese. The general rule is Decree 43/2017/ND-CP on goods labels (as amended by Decree 111/2021/ND-CP). Imported products without it need a supplementary Vietnamese label. The decree also lists extra statements for health supplements, and drug labels and package inserts follow separate Ministry of Health rules. Your product registration fixes much of this text, and the rules change, so confirm the final label content with the Ministry of Health or your regulatory adviser before print. Our part is the layout and the print: we give the text enough room and check every printed proof against your approved file.
We do not make or review claims about your product. We match your brief to partner plants for cartons, labels, blister materials and flexible packs, ask each plant for its quality and material documents, arrange samples and compare quotes. If you print labels or cartons in house, we also source the printing and finishing equipment, for example a digital label press and a label finisher for short runs with variable batch data.
What the packaging must get right
Moisture and light barrier
Alu-alu or PVC/PVDC blisters, HDPE bottles with a desiccant and an induction seal, or foil-laminate sachets and stick packs, chosen for how sensitive the product is.
Tamper evidence and child resistance
Induction seals, shrink bands, tamper-evident carton closures or seal labels. For child-resistant caps or blisters, ask for the test documents for the standard your market requires.
Batch, expiry and codes
A clear space on the carton, label and blister for batch and expiry, printed with the job or by your line coder. Unique QR codes or serial numbers if a buyer or export market asks for them.
Carton, leaflet and label as one set
Cartons sized to the real bottle or blister, a folded leaflet that fits inside, and labels that match the carton colour. Each text checked against your approved file.

Minimums and lead times are typical ranges from our partner plants and depend on material, print method and season. We confirm them in every quote.
